Peppermint essential oil has many uses including: Hot Flashes: My personal favorite use for this peppermint spray is for the relief of Hot Flashes. I keep the bottle in the refrigerator and when a hot flash begins, I spray the back of the neck or on the wrists. It cools you down very quickly.

Peppermint also aids with respitory problems, helps nausea and headaches, pain relief, and is good for the skin.

Lavender Essential Oil Spray:

The health benefit of lavender essential oil is its' ability to remove nervous tension, promote calming and relaxation. Lavender has the Latin name Lavare, which means “to wash”, and this spray will leave the room with a clean aroma. Lavender oil is extracted mostly from the flowers of the plant.

 Citrus Blend Essential Oil Spray:

The citrus blend spray that I offer is a mixture of orange, lemon and lime essential oils. The health benefits of Orange Oil can be attributed to its properties like anti depressant, anti spasmodic, anti septic and sedative. I use this spray for help with clarity and communication. The lemon and lime oils health benefits include calming, anti-infection, astringent, detoxifying, antiseptic and  disinfectant qualities.

In addition to the lavender, I have added orange essential oil to this spray, which is a beautiful aromatic combination. The health benefits this Oil can be attributed to its properties like anti inflammatory, anti depressant, anti spasmodic, anti septic and sedative. This is a wonderful spray for a child’s room at bedtime. Very Calming. This essential oil is obtained from the peels of orange by cold compression. ice.
